DESCRIPTION:Ancient Egyptian Mummification Workshop \nLiverpool World Museum \n24/04/2025 \nYear 4 \nYear 4 will be visiting the World Museum in \nLiverpool City Centre on 24/04/2025 to take part in \na thrilling mummification workshop and self-led \ntour of the Egyptology area of the museum. \nIn this exciting session\, pupils will travel back in \ntime to the land of ancient Egypt and discover \ntraditions and the mummification processes of the \nancient Egyptians. Through an interactive \napproach\, which involves working on a life size \ndummy mummy\, students will learn details of how \nthe body was preserved and will come \nto appreciate the cultural meanings of \nthe preservation process. \nFurther details of this visit will be \navailable on Arbor.
