DESCRIPTION:VE Day Commemoration 2025: VE Day 80 \n08/05/2025 \nMrs Lawrence\, our History lead\, has been working hard to plan an important commemoration of VE day on its \n80th anniversary for the whole school. Each class will explore the contrasts between life in the 1940s and today \nand highlight the significance of commemorating this pivotal moment in history. \nPupils will complete an activity to demonstrate their understanding and we encourage \nparents to discuss this important topic with their children\, fostering meaningful conversations \nabout hope and peace as well as the Barlows values of Resilience\, Determination and \nRespect.
