Year 4 had a Science morning about rainforests. We learnt all about the different layers of the rainforest. We spoke about which animals and creatures live in each layer and why? We also played a game which involved acting as one of the animals from the rainforest, we had to try and guess who else was acting as our animal by looking at the way they were moving and the noises they were making.
During the Science morning we also spoke about palm oil and looked at different foods which contain it. We found out that palm oil plantations puts many of the animals in dangers of being extinct.
