We are excited to be taking part in the National Numeracy Schools and Families Programme, an initiative designed to help children and their families develop confidence and enjoyment in maths. Throughout the programme, families are encouraged take part in engaging maths activities, provided by school, to promote discussion around maths at home.

To launch the programme, we will be holding a family workshop, where parents and carers can discover practical ways to support their child’s mathematical learning at home. Families will also be invited to enjoy a series of fun homework challenges and activities that encourage children and adults to work together, explore maths in real-life situations, and celebrate their progress.

We look forward to working with families to help every child develop the confidence and skills they need to succeed in maths and beyond.
