“UK Parliament Week (UKPW) is an annual event, spreading the word about what Parliament is, what it does and how you can get involved. It’s a great way to find out new things about UK Parliament or be reminded of things you might’ve forgotten!”

Our School Council will be leading our UK Parliament Week Celebrations to learn more about Parliament, democracy and law. The children will learn about how laws were created in the past compared to today and how our British History has led to the way laws and democracy take place in modern day Britain.

The children will participate in debating topics and understand what it means to have the right to vote.
